Inside Page alpha of "Rise of Floon"
The interior shots of Floon's grand under-chapel were harder than I anticipated, but I think it looks "underdarky" enough.
If you check the shadows on the platform precisely, you can anticipate the fun for Friday's cartoon.
Also the ad the two Illithid's are talking about is of course the one about the Grells from RPGeneric No 22.

Those poor Grells.. Is there no one who can avoid discussing them? :)

this looks amazing! nice job with the gradients. ESPECIALLY in the last frame. I like the green.

Yep have to agree effects are looking great! Unfortunately I didn't get the comic though, I have no idea what/who/where/when Grells is :P

Check RPGeneric No 22 titled "Platypus of the Underdark"... that's what a Grell is.
It's one of those monsters in the D&D Monster Handbook that seems to come out of nowhere and really just doesn't belong.
People usually refer to the Owlbear in such a way, but I love Owlbears, so I took the next best thing...

And like I said, you guys are up for a treat, because the effects of the next one are even better.
